WEST SIDE CENTRE Programming Cancelations/Changes:
- Both locations of LAF will be closed on Labour Day, Monday, September 5th.
- Total Body Fitness (New class Saturday AM - free for LAF Members) will begin on Saturday, September 17th
- Belly Dancing is postponed until Jan 2017.
EAST SIDE CENTRE Programming Cancelations/Changes:
- Both locations of LAF will be closed on Labour Day, Monday, September 5th.
- Silver Sneakers & Pickleball are cancelled on Monday September 12.
- Beginner Tai Chi resumes Mon, Sept 12.
- Belly Dancing is postponed until Jan 2017.
