• Both locations of LAF will be closed on Labour Day, Monday, September 5th.
• Total Body Fitness (New class Saturday AM - free for LAF Members) will begin on Saturday, September 17th
• Belly Dancing is postponed until Jan 2017.

EAST SIDE CENTRE Programming Cancelations/Changes: 

• Both locations of LAF will be closed on Labour Day, Monday, September 5th.
• Silver Sneakers & Pickleball are cancelled on Monday September 12.
• Beginner Tai Chi resumes Mon, Sept 12.
• Belly Dancing is postponed until Jan 2017.
