WEST SIDE CENTRE Programming Cancelations/Changes: 
All programs will be CANCELLED at the WEST SIDE CENTRE starting Friday, July 22 until Monday, August 1. The centre will be under renovations & will be closed. LAF will be receiving a new accessible reception area, improvements to our emergency exits and a patio area for members (all facility improvements are grant-funded). 

EAST SIDE CENTRE Programming Cancelations/Changes: 
Summer Class Cancellations:

• Silver Sneakers class is cancelled on Monday July 4 & 11.
• LAF Fitness is cancelled on Fri. July 15, Wed. August 3 and Fri. August 5.
• Mile at a Time is cancelled on July 1, July 5 and August 1.
• Beg. & Intermediate Line Dancing classes are cancelled on July 5 & 7, August 2, 4, 9 & 11.
• Pickleball is cancelled on July 1, 6 and August 1.

We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

• Beginner Tai Chi, 
• Core & Balance, 
• Fit For Life, 
• Scrabble, 
• ESC Walkabouts and 
• Ukulele.

The classes will resume in September.

Our West End Neighbourhood Renewal Program wants to get everyone out and active this summer!
