Program changes – East Side :
- East Side Centre is CLOSED April 3 & 6 (Happy Easter!)
- Silver Sneakers is cancelled on Tuesday, April 14.
- LAF Fitness is cancelled on Wednesday, April 29.
- Beginner & Intermediate Line Dancing, Fit for Life and Pickleball are cancelled on Thursday, April 30.
Program changes – West side:
- West Side Centre is CLOSED April 3, 4, & 6 (Happy Easter!)
- Tai Chi is cancelled on Tuesday, April 14
- Mile At A Time will be moved to the Library on Tues, April 14
- Pickleball, Tai Chi & Mile At A Time are cancelled on Tuesday, April 21
- Pickleball, LAF Fitness, Shuffleboard & Fit For Life are cancelled on Wednesday, April 29

CHAIR MASSAGE: April

Bonnie Dupuis, Aromatherapist/Reflexologist, will be offering chair massages with hot rocks.
Mini foot reflexology also available. Please phone to reserve an appointment or sign up at reception.
