Available for those who would like to receive some health counselling by a registered nurse— provided by Bayshore Home Health. From dietary suggestions to blood pressure monitoring, you will be able to keep your health in check through this FREE program.

Why not take a break and get a chair massage while you're doing your regular LAF activities on Monday, March 24th? 

Chair Massage is available on the 2nd & 4th Monday of every month at our West Side Centre. 
Time: 11:30am - 2:30pm
Additional Fee: $10.00 for 10 minutes / $12.00 for 15 minutes
