Health Counseling

Available for those who would like to receive some health counselling by a registered nurse—provided by Bayshore Home Health. From dietary suggestions to blood pressure monitoring, you will be able to keep your health in check through this FREE program.

Monday, April 21st = BOTH CENTRES CLOSED

Tuesday, April 15th & beyond = Normal Hours of Operation

The Food Matters Table will be in the Café at the West Side Centre from 10:00am – 12noon on Wednesday, April 16th. 

Senior Games Opening Ceremony will take place at the LAF West Side Centre from 11am - 4pm on Tuesday, April 15th. 

 

Please note: 
There will be NO lunch service on Thursday, April 10th at the EAST SIDE CENTRE
