LAF - East & West Side Centres will be CLOSED on Monday, September 7th

We will re-open at 8:30am on Tuesday, September 8th.

- We have a new computer instructor at the East Side Centre. Book your Computer 1 on 1 today! 

- The cafe at the East Side Centre will not be operating in the month of August. 

- LAF Fitness at the East Side Centre will not be running on Fridays in the month of August. 

- The following programs at the East Side Centre are on hiatus in August and will resume in September:

• Beginner Tai Chi        
• Euchre           
• Fit for Life
• Pilates
• Scrabble
• Stretch and Balance
• Ukulele

Are you interested in learning basic computer skills? Book a 1hr appointment with one of our   volunteer computer instructors today. Appointments MUST be booked in advance. Please contact us for available days and times at the East Side Centre, and at the West Side Centre.
