​Master Your Health Series: Living with Diabetes East Side Centre

A  six-week-long session offered by the Windsor Essex County Health Unit, to learn: how to manage hyper/hypoglycaemia; how to overcome emotional challenges such as depression, anger & fear; appropriate exercises; and appropriate use of medications.
