Diabetes Drop-In Counseling - West Side Centre - FREE

FREE Diabetes Education and support for adults with diabetes or prediabetes. No doctor referral needed. Services include healthy eating and physical activity, managing diabetes, review and education about blood sugar monitoring.Counseling provided by the WECHC.
